Blue Salt Divers - A New Chapter in St. Croix, US Virgin Islands
Blue Salt Divers was born as a global dive travel group bound by a shared love for the ocean and its wonders. Now, we have an incredible brick and mortar shop located on the boardwalk in unspoiled Christiansted, St. Croix, US Virgin Islands.

Michael Rice — Master Scuba Diver Trainer, Co-Owner
Fueled by a love for adventure and a passion for community, Michael works alongside the team to create unforgettable experiences and share the magic of the sea. When he’s not underwater, he’s helping plan the next great dive adventure or greeting everyone with his signature smile and easygoing nature.
Justin Benson — PADI Staff Instructor, 100-Ton Captain, Co-Owner
Equal parts explorer and mentor, Justin combines his leadership as a PADI Staff Instructor with the skills of a seasoned 100-Ton Captain. Whether he’s charting new dive sites or mentoring future instructors, Justin’s calm confidence ensures every adventure is safe, exciting, and unforgettable.
Phil Giuliano — Master Scuba Diver Trainer, Co-Owner
With a knack for making everyone feel like family, Phil is our connection builder and an accomplished Master Scuba Diver Trainer. His outgoing spirit and love for life bring an unmistakable spark to every gathering, inspiring divers both in and out of the water.
Stephanie Cannella — Finance, Events & Media Support
Stephanie plays a key role behind the scenes, managing the financial health of the business and assisting with the planning of special events and activities. She also supports our media efforts by capturing and curating video content that showcases the unforgettable moments shared by our tribe.
Bailey Thomasson — Marine Biologist, Operations & Social Media Lead
Bailey brings her scientific expertise and conservation passion directly into the heart of our operations. She works closely with the ownership team to support daily operations and leads our social media presence, keeping the tribe connected with engaging stories and vibrant content.
