Grand Reopening Event - August 23, 2025

A few months after we took over the shop, we wanted to celebrate the new vision of Blue Salt Divers with locals, friends, and family by hosting a Grand Reopening Event. After many amazing boat and shore dives, shared meals, and laughter, we ended the week with our Grand Reopening party at the shop. Live music and delicious food brought our dive tribe together to celebrate the new beginnings of Blue Salt Divers and pay tribute to the legacy of Dive Experience. 

The Grand Reopening also featured some amazing raffle and silent auction packages that were used to raise money for a local non-profit on St. Croix - STAR (Sea Turtle Alliance and Rescue). STAR responds to turtle strandings and boat strikes, and also monitors Sandy Point for turtle nesting activity. We are happy to say that our event raised over $7,200 for STAR! Thanks to everyone that helped us ring in this new chapter.
