Sam Halvorson
Captain, Instructor

Sam worked for Blue Salt Divers' predecessor, Dive Experience, for nearly 40 years. A stape of diving in St. Croix, he’s even been awarded the Tommy Star ‘Activities and Attractions Associate’ Award. Sam has extensive knowledge about the reefs on St. Croix and it's history over the last few decades. He loves photography and videography and can offer video packages for our customers. In his freetime, Sam loves to watercolor paint (check them out in the retail shop!).
